Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase while supporting our mission.

1. Physical Products – Returns

We accept returns of physical products under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Digital products (see below)
  • Items that are used, damaged, or not in original condition (unless defective upon arrival)

5. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads:

  • All digital product sales are final and non-refundable

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will assist you.

6. Donations

Donations made through our website are not purchases.

Refunds for donations may be considered in limited cases (such as duplicate or accidental transactions). Please contact us for assistance.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include a description and, if possible, photos

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
