English

Project Light, Adult English Learning Center, is a school for adults who want to learn English.  The cost to register is $30 per semester paid in August and in January.

The school provides the books and CD’s for use in class and home study.  There are 6 levels of English and we determine your correct level with an interview.  A student can begin any day if there is space on the group.

Usually there are 3-10 students in a group with a volunteer teacher.  We give emphasis to practical vocabulary, essential grammar and normal conversation in the basic courses, and more reading and writing in the more advanced courses.  For our intermediate English students, we also have classes to prepare for the Citizenship interview.
